  • Accounts Responsibilities:
  • Daily entries for purchase and sales transactions in the tally system.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
  • Support in audits by providing necessary financial data and records.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable).

Stores / Inventory Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on inventory usage.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department for stock replenishment.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verifications.
  • Oversee goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and safe storage of items.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounts and/or store management.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
