- Perform routinely official activities including documentation and filing.
- Assist in supply chain activities including deliveries and pick-ups.
- Provide administrative support including maintenance of a stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery and keeping a logbook as required.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions on time.
- Perform daily expenses, and bank-related activities such as cash/cheque deposits and support in ledger reconciliation
- Support in other operational activities including Supply Chain, Administration and HR.
Qualification: Inter/BA/BCOM/Graduation
