Accounts Assistant

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and payable reconciling.
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  • Help prepare monthly reports.
  • File and maintain financial documents and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in commerce
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ( Tally).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Minimum 3 month working experience under a CA professional is plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
