Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices: Preparing and fact-checking invoices for clients and vendors
  • Maintaining records: Keeping track of financial records, both electronically and on paper
  • Payroll: Calculating deductions, tracking hours, and managing funds for taxes
  • Accounts receivable: Maintaining customer accounts, collecting payments, and posting receipts
  • Accounts payable: Ensuring timely payment of invoices and confirming debt validity
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Preparing financial statements and accounts, and forecasting and budgeting

Skills

  • Attention to detail: Being able to work with sensitive information and figures
  • Time management: Being able to work to strict deadlines
  • Prioritization: Being able to prioritize tasks
  • Communication: Having strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service: Having good customer service abilities

Other duties Handling bank deposits, Processing employee reimbursement forms, and as per the company's necessity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
