Accounts Assistant

Kuala, India

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant with 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, Tally, and customer care. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records.
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations in Tally.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with customer queries and provide support related to accounts.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support audits.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Assistant Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally and bookkeeping practices.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
