Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Temporary Accountant for a 1-month assignment to support our accounting and finance operations. This role requires someone with hands-on accounting experience. Knowledge of FirstBIT software will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks and data entry
• Handle financial records, invoices, and reconciliations
• Support the team with month-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation
• Work independently and meet deadlines
• Assist with other finance-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience
• Experience with FirstBIT software is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
• Must have own valid visa (freelance/spouse/partner etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to join immediately
