Core duties and responsibilities

  • Record and maintain financial records:
  • Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Post journal entries and update general ledgers and balance sheets.
  • Document and maintain records of fixed assets.
  • Process invoices and payments:
  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.
  • Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliation:
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis:
  • Help senior accountants prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in preparing budget data and forecasts.
  • Compile and report on expenditures, cash receipts, and other financial matters.
  • Manage payroll and taxes:
  • Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
  • Help prepare tax filings and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,874.82 - ₹18,500.00 per month
