We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our accounting department and assisting with various financial tasks. Responsibilities:

- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Taking Expense From Company Staff
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Good Knowledge Ms Office
