Accounts Assistant (0–3 Years Experience)

Location: Pollachi
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant with 0–3 years of experience and Tally knowledge to support our accounts department. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in a dynamic finance and accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
  • Enter and manage financial transactions in Tally and internal databases
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and update expense reports
  • Handle billing operations and generate customer/vendor invoices
  • Prepare bank deposits and assist with bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Perform and verify journal entries
  • Check spreadsheets and reports for accuracy
  • Assist in quarterly and annual audits

Requirements:

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Preferred:

  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pollachi
  • Immediate joiners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
