Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Support in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing and vendor payments.
  • Handle petty cash and daily accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZOHO Books, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
