Job description:

Horizon Biolabs Pvt Ltd. is a GLP compliant Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratory located in Hyderabad , India . We are industry-leading global provider of laboratory testing services in Chemical and Microbiological segments across the pharmaceutical , Biotech , medical devices Industries .

Looking for Accounts executives.

Qualification and Experience criteria:

• Qualification- BCom/M.COM, /ICWA /CA/MBA (Fin)
• Should possess 2-3 years of experience in Accounts department
• Experience in a Pharma background will be preferred.
• Smart Enthusiastic, Right attitude, Quick learner, Go-get it did approach.
• Should be willing to work for minimum 2 years.

Profile Details:

• Should have good Knowledge in overall functioning of accounts department
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Well equipped with accounting policies, principle, concepts, Taxes, and methods.
• Should have expertise experience in tax preparations like TDS, GST, PT etc...
• Knowledge of salary processing, Deduction, and payments like PT, PF, ESIC.
• Must have a clear understanding of financial accounting and a solid practical knowledge of key financial concepts.
• Ability to handle a large amount of data.
• Should be well versed with Tally ERP 9, Excel and should have basic knowledge of email &internet.
• Vouch for the supplier bills for correctness, make purchase expense entries and draw the cheque
• Managing cash, purchase-bills, salary reconciliation, and bank reconciliation statements
• Candidate must be having good communication skills
• Should be a good team leader as well as a self-motivated team player.
• Other work as and when required or instructed by the management from time to time.
