Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and finance operations. The role includes managing routine accounting tasks, handling digital petty cash, preparinng E-way bills, coordinating vendor reconciliations, and ensuring accurate data entry in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle petty cash / digital cash management and maintain proper records
* Generate e-way bills and ensure timely documentation
* Prepare and issue e-invoices as per GST requirements
* Conduct bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
* Manage payments, including NEFT, RTGS, UPI, cheque preparation, and enter cheque payments entries in Tally
* Record Sale and Purchase entries in Tally
* Make general vouchers entries

Requirements
* 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting
* B.Com graduate (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
