  • Key responsibilities
  • Record keeping: Enter financial transactions into accounting software, and maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Invoice and payment processing: Prepare, send, and file invoices; process bills for payment; and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Bank reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and help with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel is crucial.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping is essential.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized files, and meet deadlines.
