- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Experience in Auto Component Manufacturing Company or CA Firm preferred
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate daily sales invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with buyers, stores, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Generate ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and E-Way Bills.
- Follow up on material inwarding and related documentation.
- Receive GRN numbers and enter them into the system.
- Share dispatch details with customers promptly.
- Maintain proper records related to sales and dispatch activities.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Well-versed with Purchase, Sales accounting, Petty Cash, and other general accounting entries.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
