Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts and financial records
  • Assist in preparation of vouchers, bills, and invoices
  • Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
  • Help in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
  • Assist auditors during audits
