Job Summary

The Accounts Assistant supports the finance and accounts department by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in statutory compliance to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain books of accounts (cash book, bank book, ledger)

-Record daily transactions, vouchers, and journal entries

-Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and receipts

-Handle accounts payable & receivable

-Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

-Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

-Maintain expense records and verify supporting documents

-Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payments

-Support in monthly and annual financial closing

-Maintain proper filing of financial documents (hard & soft copies)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
