Accounts Assistant (On-site | PST Hours)


Location: Amritsar, India (On-site)

Work Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST

About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Accounts Assistant to support our international finance operations. This is a full-time, on-site role in Amritsar, working closely with our North American team.

Perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong Excel skills, and wants to grow their accounting career in a global company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Support accounts receivable reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare AR reports and aging summaries
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing MIS reports for management
  • Support day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks


Requirements

  • B.Com / M.Com / bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and MIS reporting
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
