Job Summary

Weartech Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting functions along with strong skills in MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, and as required by management)
• Assist in preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash/bank entries
• Handle GST-related work including returns, reconciliation, and compliance support
• Coordinate with auditors during audits
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support senior accounts team with day-to-day accounting tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience in MIS preparation and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
