Hiring for an MNC Organization

Position: Accountant

Number of Openings: 04 (Only Females)

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com mandatory)
• M.Com / CA (Inter) / equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as CATPRO / ERP systems

Sound knowledge of:

• Day-to-day accounting entries
• GST returns, invoicing, and compliance
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Ledger scrutiny and finalization of accounts
• Ability to handle email correspondence and online statutory portals

Communication Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is required

Additional Competencies (Preferred):

• Experience in statutory filings and audit support
• Exposure to corporate accounting processes
• Knowledge of compliance with Indian taxation laws
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a corporate environment

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive and performance-linked salary package
• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Attractive salary starting from ₹15,000, depending on qualifications and experience
