Accounts Assistant

Job description

- Prepare vouchers, pass double entries and maintain accounting database by posting entries in the accounting software.

- Prepare and maintain periodic bank and account ledger reconciliation

- Make invoices

- Monitor & check cash movement including petty cash

- Manage bills, receipts and invoices

- Organize proper documents

- Any other accounts related tasks assigned by the management.

- Responding emails & coordination

- Posting of tax challans recover, GL posting invoice & receipts

Required skills

- Must be a graduate in Accounts from a reputed educational institute.

- Experience of at least 2-3 years in the accounts department

- Good skills of Microsoft Office

- Good verbal and communication skills in Urdu and English

- Must be very responsible and honest
