We’re Hiring | Accounts Assistant
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related activities
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • Basic knowledge of accounts, taxation, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
