Accounts Assistant

Job Descriptions as follow:

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets).
  • Maintaining accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and journals.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks, ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
