Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Handle VAT returns and other tax-related matters.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Monitor and control company expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and standards.
• Assist with audits and other financial matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience as an accountant in a travel agency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel industry experience is a plus, as we value individuals who understand the unique financial needs of a travel agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
