Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities: (Female)

  • Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Maintain General Ledger and update accounting entries.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Handle tax-related matters such as withholding tax and sales tax documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audit processes.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
  • Assist management in financial planning and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Resource should have B.Com / BBA / M.Com / Equivalent
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Only Lahore base Candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in other financial systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
