We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform precise data entry of financial transactions in the system.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices as per company procedures.
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records regularly.
- Support bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance for audit purposes.\
- Provide support to senior accountants and assist in assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Tally / ERP systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
