Key Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Preparing and maintaining books of accounts
  • Recording and reviewing journal entries
  • Handling bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS, VAT, Income Tax, etc., as applicable)
  • Coordinating with auditors during audits
  • Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost control
  • Maintaining proper documentation and financial records

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred)
  • Professional certifications (CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, ACCA, or similar) are an advantage
  • 5 years of relevant accounting experience (varies by company)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,258.02 per month
