DRD Trading is looking for a B.Com graduate with basic accounting knowledge who can handle accounting tasks as well as overall office administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and process returns
- Rectify invoice discrepancies
- Handle invoice tracking and follow-ups
- Process returns and issue credit notes
- Maintain proper accounting and office records
- Manage daily administrative and office tasks
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Perform multi-tasking duties as required by management
Requirements:
- B.Com graduate (mandatory)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
