The Accounts Assistant cum Billing Executive is responsible for handling showroom billing, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and inventory departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Sales Support

  • Prepare and generate vehicle sales invoices (cash, finance, exchange).
  • Handle accessories, service, and spare parts billing.
  • Coordinate with sales team for booking forms, delivery notes, and customer documents.

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain daily cash, bank, and ledger entries.
  • Record customer receipts, payments, and advances.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Reconcile cash, bank statements, and billing records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

GST & Compliance

  • Assist in GST billing, filing data preparation, and documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory accounting requirements.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Coordinate with stores for stock entries and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain records of vehicle stock, accessories, and spare parts invoices.
  • File and organize financial and sales-related documents.

Software & Reporting

  • Work on accounting software (such as BUSY, or dealer management systems).
  • Prepare basic financial and sales reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
  • Experience with billing and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts and billing (automobile showroom experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
