A leading name in short-term rental hospitality, is hiring a dedicated and motivated Accounts Assistant (Male) to support our growing operations in Lahore.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing financial records and daily accounting activities luxury rental properties. This includes rent payments, vendor settlements, guest transactions, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the short-term rental and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily records of property-related income and expenses
  • Record rental income, security deposits, and refunds
  • Track property-level performance (occupancy, revenue, margins)
  • Reconcile bank statements and payment gateway reports
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and other Reports.
  • Maintain data and documentation in Quickbooks Online

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 Months of accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar accounting software.
  • Experience in hotel/hospitality industry or short-term rental business is a plus.
  • Knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable financial regulations
  • Strong communication, management and organisational skills
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
