We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Fee Assistant to manage fee-related operations, record keeping, and support parents with accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and proficient in basic accounting and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily fee collection and issue system-generated receipts.
  • Maintain accurate fee records in the school management system.
  • Reconcile daily cash/online receipts with accounts.
  • Assist parents with fee inquiries and provide prompt support.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly fee reports for management.
  • Coordinate with accounts, admin, and campus teams for fee-related matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data.
  • Assist in fee follow-ups and defaulter lists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in fee collection/accounts/cash handling (school experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs32,000.00 per month
