Accounts Associate

Wellversed is actively seeking a skilled Accounts Professional with expertise in SAP/Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets. The core responsibility of this role will be to manage purchase, sales, and stock data utilizing SAP/Tally PRIME

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare GST data and assist in GST record reconciliation for compliance.
• Prepare TDS data and ensure adherence to TDS regulations with timely updates.
• Maintain precise daily transaction bookkeeping using Tally or SAP.
• Ensure prompt and accurate data entry for all financial records and invoices.
• Support financial reporting by generating reports and statements in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Uphold data integrity and consistency within Tally/SAP.
• Deliver records and reports within stipulated timelines to minimize turnaround time (TAT).
• Aid in financial data preparation for audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions for both internal and external reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with senior accountants and the finance team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Tally or SAP is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with TDS and GST data preparation.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
