Key responsibilities:
- Financial record-keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements, perform data entry, and check for accuracy.
- Accounts management: Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and processing payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Month/Year-end close: Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and assist with the preparation of tax returns and audit support.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather financial information and support audits.
