Accounts & Audit Manager

Need a CA candidate who has completed CA - Articleship with expertise in Audits, Accounts and statutory compliance (GST, Companies Act, Income Tax act and other statutes)

Could be pursuing CA inter/ Final or Qualified as a CA in last three years

Job responsibilities include :

1. Coordination and execution of statutory company and tax audits

2. Coordination and execution of accounting/MIS/internal audit engagements

3. Overseeing the statutory filings under GST, IT and ROC

4. Collection, compilation and filing of applications for statutory registrations (Companies, LLP,Partnerships, GST, DGFT, Startup portals and other licenses for businesses)

5. Coordination and execution of one-time non recurring services like Share allotment, Project reports, Changes in ROC/GST portals, Financial projections, Certifications etc.

6.Assistance in market studies, statistical data collection and review for various projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
