Job Title: Accounts & Billing Officer Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue timely customer invoices.
  • Verify service details, rates, taxes, and supporting documents before billing.
  • Maintain updated billing records and customer ledgers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, maintain ageing reports, and follow up for payments.
  • Record all receipts (cash, cheques, online transfers) and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Manage daily bank transactions, postings, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Handle petty cash: maintain vouchers, issue payments, and prepare daily/weekly cash summaries.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bank statements, and financial documents.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and audits when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/BBA).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in billing, bank handling, and petty cash management.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Odoo Preferred)
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
