Job Title: Accounts & Billing Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue timely customer invoices.
- Verify service details, rates, taxes, and supporting documents before billing.
- Maintain updated billing records and customer ledgers.
- Monitor accounts receivable, maintain ageing reports, and follow up for payments.
- Record all receipts (cash, cheques, online transfers) and reconcile customer accounts.
- Manage daily bank transactions, postings, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash: maintain vouchers, issue payments, and prepare daily/weekly cash summaries.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bank statements, and financial documents.
- Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and audits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/BBA).
- 3–5+ years of experience in billing, bank handling, and petty cash management.
- Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Odoo Preferred)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
