Role Overview

The Accounts/Cashier is responsible for managing daily cash transactions, customer billing, and maintaining accurate financial records for the two-wheeler showroom. The role ensures smooth financial operations by handling cash, bank collections, billing, and supporting the accounts department with documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily cash, card, UPI, and finance payments from customers.
  • Prepare customer invoices, receipts, and delivery challans.
  • Maintain daily cash books and reconcile cash and bank transactions.
  • Deposit cash and cheques to the bank on time and update records.
  • Maintain petty cash expenses and prepare reimbursement statements.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for billing and payment updates.
  • Record showroom transactions such as vehicle sales, service billing, spare parts billing, accessories, and insurance.
  • Maintain finance documents, loan files, and ensure proper submission to finance companies.
  • Update data in DMS/ERP software (e.g., Dealer Management System).
  • Assist in month-end closing, reports, and audits.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy in accounts entries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
