Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
- Maintain filing and documentation for all accounting records.
- Support the Finance/Accounts team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or clerical roles (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
