1. Statutory & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment, Labour Laws, GST, etc.).
  • Track due dates for returns, renewals, and filings.
  • Prepare and submit required documents to government departments.

2. Documentation & Record Maintenance

  • Maintain updated records of licenses, registrations, certificates, and filings.
  • Keep compliance registers and documents organized and audit-ready.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all legal and company documents.

3. Internal Audit & Monitoring

  • Conduct periodic internal audits to identify gaps in compliance.
  • Follow up with departments to close audit findings.
  • Assist in external audits by providing relevant documents and information.

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports.
  • Update management on upcoming deadlines, risks, or non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain dashboards for statutory compliance status.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.
  • Follow up with internal teams to collect necessary documents and information.

6. Policy Implementation

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure employees follow internal guidelines and regulatory standards.

7. Risk Management

  • Identify potential compliance risks and report them to management.
  • Suggest preventive measures to avoid regulatory penalties or violations.

8. Training & Awareness

  • Assist in conducting compliance awareness sessions for employees.
  • Communicate updates related to regulatory changes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and compliance tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle deadlines and multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
