Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for handling accounting and financial tasks, while also providing general administrative support for daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate billing records
- Bookkeeping
- E-invoicing
- VAT filing
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Provide general administrative support and assist with office coordination as required
- Assist management with finance and administrative-related tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and finance-related work
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience
- Knowledge of accounting software: Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of VAT filing and UAE accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
