The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization. The role supports event teams by handling documentation, vendor payments, office coordination, and compliance work.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounts, bookkeeping, invoices, vendor bills, and petty cash.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and statutory documentation (GST/TDS).
  • Maintain office administration, staff records, stationery, and event materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for admin and finance support.
  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and event-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or relevant qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin.
  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP & MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
