Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations along with accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including procurement, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth office functioning.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Organize meetings, travel, and other logistical requirements.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of office records.
- Maintain accounting records, including invoices, bills, receipts, and payments, using Tally and Zoho.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support audits and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor office expenses, assist in budget management, and streamline administrative and accounting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally and Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
