Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice preparation, payment follow-ups and petty cash management.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, receipts and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly account statements and supporting documents for audits.
- Manage vendor and client correspondence related to accounts and payments.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and office staff.
- Organize and maintain files, records and office documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating office operations and handling basic HR-related tasks.
- Manage emails, phone calls and other communication efficiently.
Requirements:
- Female candidates on husband/family visa preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage both administrative and accounting duties.
