Accounts cum Administration (Female, Husband Visa Preferred)

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice preparation, payment follow-ups and petty cash management.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, receipts and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly account statements and supporting documents for audits.
  • Manage vendor and client correspondence related to accounts and payments.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and office staff.
  • Organize and maintain files, records and office documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating office operations and handling basic HR-related tasks.
  • Manage emails, phone calls and other communication efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates on husband/family visa preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage both administrative and accounting duties.

  • Immediate joining preferred.
