Accounting Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare Trial Balances.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance and filings.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and performance data.
  • Administer payroll, benefits (insurance, leave), and HR policies.
  • Address employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Facilitate employee training, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or HR.
  • Proven experience in both accounting and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
