Accounting Duties:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare Trial Balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance and filings.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Human Resources Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and performance data.
- Administer payroll, benefits (insurance, leave), and HR policies.
- Address employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
- Facilitate employee training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or HR.
- Proven experience in both accounting and HR functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
