We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts cum Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, logistics coordination, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in managing dispatch, transportation, and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Handle vendor bills, payments, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices and maintain receivables/payables records.
- Support monthly closing and assist in report generation (P&L, balance sheet).
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and the finance team for periodic reviews.
Logistics:
- Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage courier partners and transport arrangements.
- Track shipments and maintain delivery records.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoice, delivery challan, E-way bill, etc.).
- Maintain stock movement records and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Liaise with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and logistics (manufacturing/e-commerce preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, billing, and transport documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
