Accounts cum MIS Analyst

Location : Raniwala Jewellers , Hawa Sadak , 22 Godam , Jaipur

Experience : 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibility :

• Create B2B and B2C ledgers as required and ensure accurate account mapping.
• Match and reconcile all amount entries in the software on a daily basis.
• Handle B2B and B2C ledger settlements in coordination with the CRM and Accounts teams.
• Generate and maintain software reports such as Stock Ageing, WIP Stock, Stock Summary, and Collection Reports.
• Perform software data correction to ensure accuracy of all entries and transactions.
• Create new client codes
• Reconcile sales entries and support both B2B and B2C sales data accuracy.
• Review system data regularly to identify and rectify errors such as duplicate entries, wrong weights, or incorrect locations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for sales, stock, and collections..
• Support the ERP team by identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements.
• Reconcile bank entries with software records and ensure timely settlement of all transactions.
• Assist in training team members on software processes and data entry standards..

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce

2. Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

4. Proficiency in Google Sheets formulas and functions for data manipulation and analysis.

5. Familiarity with Google Workspace applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive..

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

10. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
