Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, guest-oriented, and detail-driven Accounts cum Office Executive – Reservations to manage front office operations, guest relations, reservations, OTA platforms, and basic accounting functions at our boutique resort.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel front office, reservations, guest relations, or accounts, who are comfortable working with PMS, OTA portals, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Relations
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations
- Assist guests with inquiries, concierge support, transport, and tour bookings
- Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and transport teams
Reservations & OTA Management
- Manage room inventory and bookings through PMS and OTA platforms
- Ensure rate parity across Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, etc.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily occupancy reports
Accounts & Billing
- Generate invoices, guest folios, and process payments
- Handle front desk cash flow and ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping using Zoho Books
- Assist in monthly book closure and MIS reporting
Administrative Duties
- Maintain guest data confidentiality
- Prepare daily operational and financial reports
Must-Have Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Hotel Front Office / Reservations / Guest Relations or Accounts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant qualification
- Hands-on experience with Hotel PMS & OTA platforms (eZee, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books / basic accounting
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Aluva, Kochi
Good to Have
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Commerce
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
