ACCOUNTS CUM PURCHASE IN CHARGE

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with kitchen and store staff to determine needs and forecast inventory requirements.
  • Source suppliers and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms and prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality and quantity upon receipt.
  • Maintain vendor records and track purchase invoices and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with inventory management and conduct stock reconciliation.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain daily cash, sales, and expense records.
  • Enter transactions into accounting software and perform bank and other financial reconciliations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
