Job Opening: Accounts cum Purchase Officer – Yelagiri Resort
We are hiring an experienced and responsible Accounts cum Purchase Officer for our resort in Yelagiri.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Maintain daily accounts and update financial records.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Purchase:
- Manage procurement of goods and services for resort operations.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Maintain purchase records and stock inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock levels.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for supply needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and purchasing (experience in hospitality sector preferred).
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Location: Yelagiri
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the resort.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
