Job Opening: Accounts cum Purchase Officer – Yelagiri Resort

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Accounts cum Purchase Officer for our resort in Yelagiri.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Maintain daily accounts and update financial records.
  • Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Assist in monthly closing and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Purchase:

  • Manage procurement of goods and services for resort operations.
  • Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.
  • Maintain purchase records and stock inventory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock levels.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for supply needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and purchasing (experience in hospitality sector preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Location: Yelagiri
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the resort.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
