We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Data Entry to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, and supporting the accounts team in day-to-day operations.

  • Accurately enter invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries into accounting software
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure data integrity
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and ledgers
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports and audits
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Organize and file financial documents, both digital and physical
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial data
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Perform other administrative or finance-related tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,200.00 per month
