Job Title: Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst with strong expertise across all areas of accounting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial data analysis, process improvements, and developing effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and strategic financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial/accounting data to support business decision-making.
• Manage and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
• Assist in developing SOPs, financial strategies, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure process improvements and compliance.
• Generate accurate financial reports and dashboards as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in developing or working with SOPs, strategies, and policies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
