Accounts Executive

GR Trading Company is a leading provider of industrial machines and raw materials, including CO2 & Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Routers, UV Printers, Laminators, Plotters, Air Compressors, and LED/Signage materials through our AIMA Store. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams for smooth financial transactions.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
